Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $73,000-$100,000, depending on experience. Our compensation package includes paid weekly wages (W-2), comprehensive medical benefits, and a 401(k) plan to ensure your financial security and well-being.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans for preschool-aged children through grade 12
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment
  • Assess and diagnose communication disorders, recommending evidence-based treatments and interventions
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited institution
  • A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech and language therapy, with a focus on outcomes-driven interventions
