Deli Host

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Deli Host to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a Deli Host, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, stocked deli area.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide top-notch customer service, addressing customer needs and answering questions about menu offerings.
2. Assist store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars.
3. Accurately prepare deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, and cold/hot sandwiches.
4. Ensure proper food safety conditions by following company policies and procedures.
5. Cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.

Requirements:

Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds, and work in various temperatures. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
