Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Caesars Entertainment. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items in accordance with our Executive Chef's requirements.

• Prepare a variety of food items, including sautéed, broiled, fried, baked, and grilled dishes, to meet the needs of our guests and staff.
• Ensure accurate inventory levels of ingredients and maintain the required par of food items to ensure seamless service.
• Collaborate with our culinary team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Stay up-to-date with menu changes and specials, and communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure a smooth service.

• Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with colleagues and guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately manage inventory and prepare food items to order.
