We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Program Facilitator to join our team in South Seattle and Highline Public Schools. As a key member of our program delivery team, you will play a vital role in providing engaging and interactive programming activities for our youth.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with underserved youth, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with girls and their families. A deep understanding of diverse cultures and communities is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and Preparation: Prepare for each session by reviewing curriculum, gathering materials, and administering enrollment forms.
  • Facilitation: Conduct in-person after-school sessions using provided technology, curriculum, and materials. Adapt programming and facilitation style as needed to ensure maximum learning and engagement.
  • Outreach and Enrollment: Promote programs, attend events, and foster collaborative relationships with girls, youth, their families, and communities.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of group facilitation/instruction experience with underserved youth.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with delivering culturally relevant and responsive youth programming.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and sit or stand for prolonged periods.

Benefits:

  • Paid Time Off (accrual rate of .077 per hour worked).
  • 50 hours of Paid COVID-19 Sick Leave.
  • 403(b) Retirement Plan Eligibility.

Estimated Salary: $22-$23 per hour.
