Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure the selected candidate gains the necessary expertise to proficiently conduct audiometric screenings and other services, including respiratory fit testing and vision assessments.
- Execute audiometric screening services for employees in diverse industrial environments.
- Facilitate hearing conservation training sessions for employees, adhering to a structured script within a designated timeframe.
- This role requires extensive travel nationwide, utilizing a company-provided vehicle.
- Flexibility to accommodate various testing schedules, including late and early sessions.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain testing procedures.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all services performed.
- Demonstrate proficiency with technology, including computers and email.
- Physical capability to lift weights ranging from 25 to 60 lbs.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
