At T-Mobile, we value our team members' growth and development. As a Detection Engineer, you will play a crucial role in improving the company's detection capabilities. You will work closely with the security operations team to ensure that T-Mobile is protecting its customers and employees.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Build New Detection Capabilities: Develop new detection methods based on research of emerging attack techniques.
  • Maintain and Improve Existing Capabilities: Maintain, tune, and sunset existing detection capabilities to ensure they remain effective.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work with CSOC, CIRT, CTI, and other teams to improve process flows and onboard new data sources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in info security technology or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of multiple security subject areas.

The estimated salary for this position is $104,500 per year. T-Mobile offers a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $79,900 - $144,100 and a corporate bonus target of 15%.
