We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Server to join our team at Marriott Phoenix Resort Tempe at the Buttes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and take their orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with customers and addressing any concerns in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Server in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and hospitality.
