Job Summary

The Porter will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our store. This includes sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, as well as disposing of trash and tidying up back rooms, breakrooms, and work stations. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, and wax floors regularly
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist with other tasks as needed to maintain a clean and safe store environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of previous retail experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Compensation:
- Estimated hourly rate: $20-$24 per hour (based on location and experience)
