About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a variety of settings, including clinics, medical offices, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, and schools. You'll work collaboratively with a team of physicians and oversee LPNs, CNAs, and aides to ensure the best possible outcomes for your patients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Care for patients with a variety of illnesses, injuries, and diseases
  • Work with a team of physicians and oversee LPNs, CNAs, and aides providing patient care
  • Examine patients, conduct assessments, document condition, and report changes to physician
  • Review, interpret, transcribe, and carry out physician orders for patients
  • Administer medication, operate medical equipment, and maintain a safe environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in Minnesota
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a medical facility
  • CPR certification
  • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communication, and compassion
