About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Production Specialist to join our team at CIRCOR Aerospace & Defense. As an Assembly Production Specialist, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality products that meet our customers' demands for safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform complex mechanical assembly, fitting, aligning, or adjusting of components and/or assemblies to close tolerance
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, fluids, and/or electronic principles with some soldering expertise
  • Troubleshoot, tear down, and rework operations
  • Clean Room techniques and various marking operations using machines, hand stamp, and electro etching equipment
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Good manual dexterity and ability to work with detailed blueprints, procedures, assembly sketches, or other written/verbal instructions of simple complexity
  • Basic math skills to calculate simple percentages regarding adjustment of set pressures
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables where only limited standardization exists
  • Perform moderate trouble shooting with minimal supervision
  • Ability to embrace change and participate in continuous improvement activity

Education

High School Graduate or GED equivalent

Compensation

Competitive hourly rate: $19.50 per hour (+ Shift Differential $0.75 per hour, if applicable)

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
