Universal Banker

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Universal Banker to join our team at Centier Bank. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, managing their financial needs, and promoting our bank's products and services.

• Provide top-notch customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage client relationships, identifying their financial needs and recommending suitable products and services to meet those needs.
• Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while maintaining accurate records and handling cash and other valuables with care.
• Participate in the daily operations of the branch, assisting with account openings, account management, and other financial service needs.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives, and provide guidance and recommendations to help them achieve those goals.
• Collaborate with other branch team members to achieve sales and service goals, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; banking experience a plus.
• Minimum of six months customer service/cash handling experience desirable.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred.
