LanceSoft is seeking an experienced Medical Nurse Specialist to join our team for a travel nursing opportunity in Oregon City.
About the OpportunityThis 26-week assignment requires a skilled RN with expertise in Labor and Delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Job Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in Labor and Delivery units, including administering medications, performing routine medical procedures, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring patients receive comprehensive and compassionate care throughout their hospital stay.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.
The successful candidate will possess excellent critical thinking skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a calm and composed demeanor in high-pressure situations.
