Senior Operating Room Nurse for a 13-Week Assignment

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operating Room Nurse to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Burlington, Massachusetts.
Job Summary:The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in an Operating Room environment and possess strong clinical skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic healthcare team. About the Role:This 13-week assignment offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a leading healthcare facility while developing your skills and expertise in a fast-paced Operating Room environment. As a Senior Operating Room Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, participating in patient education, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing routine medical procedures, and managing patient records
- Participating in patient education, including educating patients on post-operative care, wound management, and medication administration
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and allied health professionals, to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including documenting treatment plans, medication regimens, and patient progress
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Massachusetts
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in an Operating Room environment, preferably in a hospital setting
- Strong clinical skills, with experience in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic healthcare team
- Epic experience preferred
- Competitive salary: $150,000 - $170,000 per year, based on experience
