Responsibilities

What Will You Be Doing?
  • Arrange installation appointments across all locations via phone and email
  • Generate purchase orders for equipment and coordinate necessary deliveries
  • Obtain permits and manage permitting challenges
  • Contact clients to verify service appointments
  • Ensure daily service appointments are filled by consistently reviewing the schedule and maintaining adaptable client lists
  • Reassign and reschedule service appointments as required to enhance revenue generation
  • Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors regarding scheduling modifications
  • Assist field personnel with paperwork processing as necessary
  • Work alongside installation Managers to resolve scheduling obstacles or concerns
  • Compile nightly production reports
Qualifications

Do You Have What It Takes?
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in Office Administration, Appointment Scheduling, or Dispatch
  • Outstanding organizational abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with local permitting regulations is highly preferred
  • Experience with Service Titan is advantageous
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience in customer interaction and delivering exceptional service
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
