- Read, understand, and explain blueprints to ensure accurate production.
- Interpret data from manual measurements and make adjustments to processes to achieve dimensional and visual compliance.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance and upkeep of fabrication department equipment and tooling.
- Ensure departmental communication is accurate and effective.
- Audit work completed to ensure highest quality standards.
- Assist in monthly inventory process.
- Maintain neat and clean work area.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. safely or with assistance.
- Working hours: full-time.
- Personal traits: good communication skills, positive teamwork and safety attitude, conscientious attention to detail, and ability to follow direction.
The Fabricator will work in a fast-paced production environment with a focus on quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
