About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Loss Prevention Investigator to join our team at Sephora. As a key member of our Loss Prevention department, you will play a critical role in protecting our assets and ensuring the integrity of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct surveillance and investigations to identify and prevent external theft
  • Collaborate with store leadership to develop and implement effective Store Shrink Plans
  • Prepare and submit thorough reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, and audits
  • Testify in court as needed to support the company's interests
  • Enhance store LP awareness through training and education
  • Investigate internal theft and work with District Loss Prevention Managers to resolve issues
  • Demonstrate Sephora's values of Passion, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect, Teamwork, and Initiative
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of asset protection or loss prevention experience in a retail environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand/walk the sales floor for extended periods
  • Meet and maintain all licensing requirements
  • Adhere to Sephora's dress code and policies
