We are seeking a highly skilled Inpatient Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Central Vermont Medical Center, part of the esteemed University of Vermont Health Network.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in an inpatient psychiatric setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to inform diagnosis and treatment
- Prescribe and manage medications as needed
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices
- At least 2 years of experience in inpatient psychiatric care
- Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Eligibility for Vermont licensure
