Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and analyze data and information from various sources.
  • Ensure the completeness of received data/information and address any discrepancies.
  • Accurately input necessary data into multiple databases, documents, or spreadsheets.
  • Establish case/project files.
  • Oversee the validation and verification of case files and data systems.
  • Monitor case file progress to ensure adherence to established timelines.
  • Handle requests for additional information as required.
  • Select pertinent information from diverse sources to prepare documents, reports, summaries, and responses to inquiries, ensuring accuracy and proper formatting.
  • Process, transfer, compute, and print information as needed.
  • Draft and revise reports and correspondence using word processing software.
  • Provide timely and accurate status updates.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

** Note: The 20% pay differential is contingent upon the customer's service order and necessitates an Active Top-Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or High School Diploma/GED with two years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum one year of experience in asset forfeiture or a related law enforcement field (including legal and military experience).
  • Ability to comprehend the organization and functions of the customer.
  • Demonstrated skills in project and workload management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competence in reviewing, interpreting, evaluating, and extracting data from complex legal and non-legal documents.
  • Strong attention to detail and meticulous data entry capabilities.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with advanced skills preferred.
  • Proven commitment to delivering excellent customer service; adaptable and positive.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment while maintaining professionalism.

This position requires U.S. Citizenship and a minimum background investigation of 7 (or 10) years.
