Job Summary

The School Nurse will be responsible for providing health services to students, including conducting health assessments, developing health plans, and collaborating with teachers and parents to ensure students receive the necessary support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Approved health services credential as a school nurse

Working Conditions

The School Nurse will work in an indoor environment, with occasional exposure to blood-borne pathogens and bodily fluids. The ideal candidate will be able to lift and move students as assigned by the position, and perform CPR maneuvers for an extended period of time.
