Job Title: Jr. Appian Developer

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze business requirements to develop functional and non-functional system requirements
• Develop an approach to deliver agreed-upon business requirements
• Enforce Appian development best practices
• Work as a member of the BPM team, coordinating with all team members to address customer requests
• Responsible for development activities using Appian BPM, including Java/J2EE/DB application development
• Familiar with Appian plug-ins, including rules engines
• Correct program errors, prepare operating instructions, compile documentation of program development, and analyze system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls

Requirements:
5-6 years of experience in Appian BPM development
Strong understanding of Java/J2EE and DB application development
Familiarity with Appian plug-ins and rules engines
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
