**Job Summary**

We are seeking a part-time or full-time pharmacist to join our team. As a pharmacist at Elma Pharmacy, you will have the opportunity to work in different settings and interact with a diverse group of patient populations, community members, and providers.

**Responsibilities**

• **Clinical Expertise**: Provide clinical services such as immunizations, medication therapy management, point-of-care testing, and chronic disease state management education.
• **Patient Care**: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure efficient and accurate filling of prescription orders, patient safety, and satisfaction.
• **Teamwork**: Collaborate with our experienced staff to provide high-quality care to our patients.
• **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all WA state and federal rules and regulations.
• **Software Utilization**: Utilize pharmacy software to perform drug utilization review tasks.

**Requirements**

• **Education**: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
• **Licensure**: Active WA State Pharmacist License in good standing with the WA State PQAC.
• **Skills**: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work as part of a team, and strong clinical expertise.
