Career Transitions, LLC is seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Operations Director to oversee all forging and machining operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong machining background and experience in change management.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute production schedules to ensure optimal efficiency and on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve production issues.
- Lead change initiatives in the plant, including process upgrades and equipment modernization.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, along with at least 7+ years of experience in a machine shop manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
