About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Brookdale Senior Living. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our residents, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one companionship and non-medical care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with housekeeping and laundry tasks, as well as provide transportation to appointments and errands.
  • Administer medication reminders and provide vital sign checks and clinical procedures as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with community management to provide residents with personalized care and support.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a State CNA/STNA course is required. Must maintain certification.
  • Ability to work every other weekend.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
