Job Summary

We are seeking a Floor Slots Coordinator to join our team at Bally's Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the slot floor, including evaluating the performance of Slot Service Ambassadors and ensuring that all services are provided in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the performance of Slot Service Ambassadors and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Assist in approving taxable jackpots in accordance with Title 31 regulations.
  • Coordinate the activities of the slot floor and ensure that all services are provided in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a leadership role in the gaming industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions quickly.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
