Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to join our team at Wilco Construction. As an Assistant Superintendent for Construction, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring that all activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
    • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Quality Control
    • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standards.
    • Identify and report any quality issues or defects to the project manager.
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
    • Provide regular project updates and progress reports to the project manager.
  • Logistics and Scheduling
    • Coordinate the logistics of the construction site, including the movement of materials and equipment.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
  • Documentation and Reporting

Requirements
  • Proven experience in construction site management, preferably with a general contractor or construction company.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
