Role Responsibilities:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your primary duties will include:

  • Delivering personal care to residents under the guidance of licensed nursing staff.
  • Assisting with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and dining.
  • Facilitating recreational activities and outings for residents.
  • Maintaining organizational skills to ensure the smooth operation of the unit.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Active CNA certification obtained through a recognized program.
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • Full vaccination against COVID-19, including any necessary boosters.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Good physical health to assist in lifting and moving patients, and the ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Demonstrated compassion towards residents and their families.

Compensation:
The pay scale for this position ranges from $19 to $21 per hour, depending on various factors such as location, scheduled work shifts, and individual qualifications.
