Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Transactional Associate to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare group, you will contribute to the direction and vision for our key clients across the healthcare industry. Your expertise in healthcare transactional work, particularly in private equity transactions, will be invaluable to our clients.
Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and negotiation of healthcare-related transactions, including private equity deals.
- Provide regulatory guidance and support to clients in the healthcare industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-minded healthcare solutions.
- Contribute to the development of innovative delivery models and business strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, laws, and regulations to provide expert advice to clients.
- 4-6 years of transactional experience, preferably in healthcare private equity.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
- Admitted to practice in the state you are applying for.
- Prior employment in a sophisticated law firm environment is preferred.
