Job Overview

JARBO is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Superintendent to lead our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing equipment, materials, and labor to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage equipment, material, and labor to align with company policies.
  • Field Leadership: Direct and manage field labor, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Supply Chain Management: Ensure timely delivery and installation of materials and equipment.
  • Quality Control: Analyze job schedules, maintain project execution, and identify design conflicts.
  • Communication: Communicate with project managers, sub-contractors, and general contractors to ensure project success.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure employees comply with project and company safety policies, perform weekly toolbox safety meetings, and conduct daily safety inspections.

  • Leadership: Foster a productive workforce, utilizing motivation and accountability.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain good relationships with general contractors and communicate issues to project managers.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze job schedules, identify design conflicts, and ensure corrective action is taken.
