Lancaster EMS is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Paratransit Attendant to join our team.

**Job Summary:**

As a Paratransit Attendant, you will be responsible for providing safe and professional transportation services to adult ambulatory individuals in Lancaster County.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Transport clients to and from physician offices, procedural appointments, outpatient centers, and similar destinations
* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high-quality experience for clients
* Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Maintain a clean and safe vehicle
* Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation

**Requirements:**

* Must be over the age of 21
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Valid PA driver's license and clean driving record
* 1 year of customer service experience preferred
