Position Summary
As a Ski School Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the Ski and Ride School, guiding staff development, and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily instructional activities at the Ski and Ride School, including curriculum oversight, scheduling, and class assignments while providing instructional support as necessary.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as recruitment, scheduling, training, payroll, equipment management, and evaluating guest feedback.
  • Monitor and assess instructor performance, providing constructive feedback, recognition, and necessary corrective actions.
  • Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Follow safety protocols by completing relevant training and reporting incidents.
  • Collaborate with various departments, management, and external organizations as needed.
  • Contribute to leadership discussions to improve school operations, training programs, and continuous enhancement strategies.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Position Details

  • Location: Keystone
  • Housing: May Be Provided
  • Compensation Range: $55,000 - $60,000 (based on experience)
  • Work Schedule: Full Time / Seasonal
  • Experience Level: Advanced

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Current PSIA/AASI certification or equivalent is required.
  • 1-3 years of ski/snowboard instructing experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience are necessary.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physically capable of fulfilling the demands of ski and ride training and exercises.
  • Proficient in English communication.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $60,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors.
