Concierge Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team at Turning Stone Resort Casino. As a Concierge, you will be the face of our resort, providing exceptional guest service and ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience.

• Coordinate various services for guests, including arranging reservations, transportation, and travel arrangements.
• Provide warm and friendly greetings to guests, offering assistance before being asked.
• Consistently go above and beyond required duties to ensure superior and personalized guest service.
• Support the Reception Desk by assisting the Front Desk Supervisor and Receptionists in their daily activities.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the LMS system and stay up-to-date with new system upgrades.
• Develop and maintain close professional relationships with outside vendors and other departments to ensure proper communication and guest satisfaction.
• Provide warm, friendly, and professional service to all VIP guests, following procedure for personalized itineraries and escorting guests to their suites.
• Stay informed of all area events, entertainment, and popular local destinations, making recommendations to guests as needed.
• Utilize sound judgment when issuing complimentary goods and services, avoiding any perception of conflict of interest.

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Four to five years of experience working in a guest service environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required, A.S. or B.S. degree preferred.
• Two years of experience in a hotel or resort setting.
• Knowledge of the local area, attractions, and restaurants is a must.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and online navigation.
• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations.
