The Challenge

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic and collaborative Product Organization and lead the charge for developing and optimizing the mobile and connected TV (CTV) solution for our market-leading Consent Management Platform (CMP). As a key player in our product management team, you will be instrumental in defining the strategic direction, driving innovation, and ensuring the success of our platform services.

Your Mission

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of the mobile and CTV solution. This product is critical in helping the largest publishers and media companies globally incorporate a consistent and complete consent and preferences management solution across every screen and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy and Vision: Define the vision and strategy for the mobile and CTV consent solution, aligning with overall company goals and market trends.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to drive product development and meet business objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, translating findings into actionable product strategies.
  • Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer feedback, business impact, and strategic goals.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with customers, sales, and customer success teams to understand user needs and gather requirements for the Assessment Automation Platform.
  • Usability and User Experience: Collaborate with design teams to ensure a user-friendly and intuitive experience, conducting usability testing and incorporating user feedback into product enhancements.
  • Technical Understanding: Develop a deep technical understanding of OneTrust's mobile and CTV SDKs and the platforms where they're deployed, collaborating closely with the engineering team to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Work with QA teams to define test plans and ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
  • Analytics and Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and use analytics to measure the success of the mobile and CTV consent solution, iterating based on data-driven insights.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as a customer advocate, representing their needs and ensuring that the mobile and CTV consent solution addresses real-world challenges.

You Are

A subject matter expert for mobile and CTV consent app and SDK development who can exercise independent and sound judgement. Drives continuous improvement through effective communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving.

Your Experience Includes

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical or business field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Experience managing product roadmaps and document goals and themes, for more than one product in a product pipeline.
  • Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Experience planning for 'end of life' in product and leading EOL processes across stakeholders.
  • Experience contributing to technical debt planning and automation backlog.
  • Recent experience using an Agile/Scrum methodology to build world-class software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to know when it's necessary to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams, and influencing conversations to drive positive outcomes for the product and the business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Extra Awesome

  • Product management and delivery experience in a larger organization (>2,000 employees).
  • Product Management experience with scaled mobile and CTV app and/or SDK development and delivery.
