Job Summary:

We're seeking a Pilates Instructor to lead our fitness classes. As our new Pilates Instructor, you'll be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and innovative group exercise routines that motivate and inspire our members.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead high-energy Pilates classes that cater to diverse fitness levels and interests
  • Collaborate with our team to design and implement fitness programs that meet the needs of our members
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our members
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive class environment that promotes physical activity and well-being

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year of experience leading successful group exercise classes
  • Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA)
  • Ability to teach licensed/branded formats (e.g. Zumba, Yoga) with proper training and licensure
  • Current CPR/AED certification (First Aid certification is strongly desired)

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $18.00 to $100.00 per hour, depending on factors such as site location, specialty, certifications, and work experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life and disability benefits, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
