We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist/Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our passionate team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality clinical services for individuals with Developmental Disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive intakes with individuals and update company databases accurately.
  • Gather and securely store private client information in accordance with confidentiality guidelines.
  • Maintain close relationships with families, assisting them in researching various support options.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing client information efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional role modeling of proper direct services and offer constructive feedback to ensure high standards.
  • Collaborate with senior clinicians on treatment plans and protocols, creating engaging visual aids to facilitate effective communication.
  • Deliver one-on-one support to clients, promoting independence and empowerment.
  • Collect and analyze data on client behavior and progress towards established goals.
  • Assist in teaching new skills and behaviors to clients, fostering growth and development.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client sessions, ensuring seamless care coordination.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care that meets the unique needs of each individual.
Requirements
  • Possession of a Master's Degree is essential.
  • We welcome applicants with backgrounds in LCSW, LMHC, Special Education, RBT, BCaBA, or BCBA.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges is highly valued.
  • A strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles is required.
  • Experience in a clinical or home setting is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • The ability to multitask efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities are necessary.
  • A commitment to maintaining individual confidentiality and upholding ethical conduct is expected.
  • Availability for occasional travel to the main office and surrounding areas is required.
Compensation

Our competitive salary package includes an estimated $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus opportunities for professional growth and development.
