**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to teach dental students in our International Dental Graduate Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dentistry and excellent communication skills. The position requires teaching, mentoring, and assessing student performance in a dynamic classroom environment.

**Responsibilities:**
Teach dental students in a variety of settings, including classrooms, simulation laboratories, and clinics. Facilitate activities that promote student learning and engagement. Develop and implement effective instructional methods to meet the needs of diverse learners. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and implementation. Stay current with advancements in dentistry and apply this knowledge to teaching and student assessment. Participate in professional development opportunities to improve teaching skills and stay updated on best practices. Meet requirements for continuing education and professional licensure or certification. Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.

**Requirements:*** DDS/DMD degree from an accredited program or foreign equivalent.* Strong background in dentistry, preferably with experience in teaching and mentorship.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Estimated salary range is $75,000-$90,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Salary may be higher based on qualifications and location.
