We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Lac Vieux Desert Health Center. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients with a focus on triage, assessment, health education, and disease prevention.

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients in a timely and efficient manner
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary health professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Provide health education and support to patients with chronic health conditions
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
