We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the region.

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $68, with opportunities for overtime and bonus pay.

About the Role

This position involves providing high-quality nursing care in post-acute facilities, such as SNFs and ALFs. You will be responsible for administering individualized treatments and medications to residents, developing care plans in conjunction with residents and medical teams, and setting up medical equipment and monitoring its use.

Responsibilities
  1. Providing high-quality nursing care in post-acute facilities, such as SNFs and ALFs
  2. Administering individualized treatments and medications to residents
  3. Developing care plans in conjunction with residents and medical teams
  4. Setting up medical equipment and monitoring its use
  5. Going over care options with residents and family members
  6. Meeting and consulting with physicians and other healthcare staff as needed
  7. Drawing blood, urine, and other fluid samples for lab work
  8. Making sure nursing standards and facility policies are met
  9. Accurately documentating interventions and medical condition histories
  10. Helping with investigations into incidents, ensuring they're reported accurately
  11. Training nursing staff and supervising them
Requirements
  • Current New Hampshire state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Completion of an approved nursing program
  • Experience in either post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings (at least 4 months)
  • Excellent organizational skills
