• Administer and develop the system landscape in our office and production environments.
• Provide support for our company network and ensure its optimal performance.
• Install and administer Windows-based servers, PCs, printers, telephone systems, and mobile devices using software distribution tools.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues (1st and 2nd level support).
• Support the implementation of technical projects in our IT environment.
• Train and instruct users on software and hardware.
• Maintain system and operating documentation.
• Conduct inventory of hardware and software.

• Completed training as an IT specialist or similar IT qualification.
• Independent, structured work style, responsibility, teamwork, and customer orientation.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems, Windows 10, MS SQL (client, server, AD, server services), Oracle, and virtualization (VMware) as well as data backup.
