Job Summary

Millennium Consulting Associates is a dynamic environmental consulting firm poised for significant growth. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer, Geologist, or Environmental Scientist to lead our team and drive our company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, supervise field activities, and coordinate field personnel to ensure successful project execution.
  • Lead a team of staff geologists, engineers, and field technicians in conducting field investigations, including well drilling and installation, environmental assessments, and remediation efforts.
  • Collect, review, and interpret project data, developing reports that document findings and project recommendations for the Project Manager's review.
  • Monitor and review individual task schedules, budgets, and client invoicing to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
  • Participate in the development of junior staff and collaborate with senior management to grow as a consultant and leader within the firm.
  • Prepare detailed reports on geology, hydrogeology, contamination extent, and contaminant fate and transport.
  • Engage in effective client communication, scheduling, and performing field activities.
  • Meet physical demands of the job, including wearing respiratory protection and passing a baseline physical examination.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in engineering, geology, or a related field.
  • EIT or GIT certification, with PE or PG preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to travel to project locations throughout California.
Preferred Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
  • 40-Hour OSHA Health & Safety Training (HAZWOPER) certification.
  • QSD/QSP Certification - desirable.
Compensation

$95,000-$140,000 salary range and competitive compensation package.
