Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer multiple phone lines and respond to patient inquiries
  • Manage medical records and coordinate referrals
  • Explain insurance benefits to patients
  • Check in and out patients

Requirements:

  • Proof of Covid-19 vaccination is required in all medical settings in Oregon
  • Effective communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish
  • Team player with a respectful attitude towards coworkers

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CA (Chiropractic Assistant) License
  • Medical experience
  • Scheduling experience
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Google Drive, and Adobe
  • Experience with practice management software (Office Ally)
