Product Visionary

We are seeking a seasoned Product Visionary to lead the Offer and Fulfillment Management domain at Citizens. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our offer management platforms, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and business goals.

You will work closely with the Experience Owners on our team to develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, aligning product objectives with business goals and customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of offer and fulfillment management processes, as well as experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and data analysis tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the Offer and Fulfillment Management domain.
• Align product objectives with business goals and customer needs.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
• Partner with the Experience Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably within a financial institution.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
