Job Description

As a Asset Liability Management Leader, you will play a critical role in overseeing all operational aspects of our industry-leading ASC 815 hedge accounting processes. This includes end-to-end oversight of all applications, transactions, and compliance with ASC 815 accounting rules.

About the Role

This position involves serving as a key project lead to expand our hedge strategies to enhance our ability to effectively manage the bank's macro-interest rate and FX risk. You will also be responsible for determining and executing on stakeholder business requirements, leveraging discretionary assets, liabilities, and modern balance sheet instruments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pursuing operational excellence and recommending process improvements
  • Decreasing operational risks and providing analytics such as Net Interest Income (NII) and yields
  • Managing balance sheets and balancing risk and stabilizing returns

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $125,000 - $155,000 per year, depending on experience.
