Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of merchandise, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with Merchandise Buyers to resolve order-related issues and ensure accurate pricing.
  • Organize and prioritize orders and deliveries to meet the demands of the operation.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize losses.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of warehouse associates.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment, with a proven track record of leadership and supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to perform basic math and computer functions, with proficiency in inventory management software.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
