Outpatient Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled physician for an outpatient primary care role in a vibrant metro area. This position offers a balanced schedule with no weekend or hospital duties, allowing for a fulfilling work-life balance.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid medical license in Florida
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Preferred: Medicaid/Medicare number
- DEA certification required
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish is essential
- New graduates with relevant training are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a daily patient load of 15-17
- Provide care for adult patients across all age groups, including Medicare recipients
Case Types:
The physician will encounter a variety of typical cases commonly seen in family or internal medicine practices. This role is strictly clinical, with no surgical responsibilities. Experience in emergency or urgent care settings is not sufficient for this position, as the scope of practice in a clinical office differs significantly.
Support Structure:
Each physician is supported by a medical assistant who prepares patients for consultations, along with a medical center administrator and additional support staff.
