Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate travel nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a home health setting. As a travel nurse with SkyBridge Healthcare Home Health & Hospice, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and families, and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on promoting independence and improving quality of life.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to address these needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide other treatments as needed.
- Document patient progress and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health or a related field.

- Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
