Nurse Practitioner for Pulmonary, Nephrology and Infectious Disease Care

This Per Diem RN position plays a critical role in supporting the Pulmonary, Nephrology, and Infectious Disease departments at Summit Health Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting physicians and staff in coordinating daily patient care and ensuring efficient patient flow.
Responsibilities- Coordinate patient care and assist physicians and staff as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and families on disease management and self-care.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A New Jersey State Nursing License and BLS certification are required for this position.
Requirements- New Jersey State Nursing License.
- BLS certification.
- 0-1 year of experience (2-4 years preferred).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
