Ticket Auditor

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Ticket Auditor to join our team at SP+. As a Ticket Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our revenue streams.

• Daily Cashier Audits: Conduct thorough reviews of cashier reports and revenue paperwork to identify and investigate any discrepancies or irregularities.
• Ground Transportation Audits: Verify the accuracy of ground transportation paperwork and tickets to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Periodic Audits: Perform surprise audits of cashiers, pay-on-foot machines, and license plate inventory to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to cashiers on revenue integrity and compliance procedures.
• Reporting and Escalation: Identify and report any improprieties or discrepancies to management staff and audit supervisors.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with cashiers, management staff, and audit supervisors.
• Computer Literacy: Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
• Organizational Skills: Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple audits and tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to Detail: Possess a high level of attention to detail to identify and investigate discrepancies.
• Accounting/Audit Experience: Preferably have experience in accounting or auditing, or possess relevant education.
• Flexibility: Be able to work overtime as required to meet business needs.
