Responsibilities:
  • Operate the dish machine to ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing of dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • Supervise and maintain proper rinse and wash temperatures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety.
  • Change water and store dish chemicals properly to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Set up and organize dish racks to ensure efficient cleaning and storage of dishes.
  • Remove trash and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Exhibit teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with other kitchen staff members.
