Outdoor Horticulturist PositionWe are seeking an experienced Outdoor Horticulturist to join our team at Healthcare Management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Daily care and maintenance of fruit trees.
- General landscaping and upkeep of outdoor areas.
- Physical labor such as planting, weeding, and other garden tasks.
- Monitoring and managing plant health.
- Operating tools and equipment for garden maintenance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with fruit trees and gardening.
- Ability to handle outdoor work in all weather conditions.
- Strong physical fitness and endurance.
- Attention to detail and proactive attitude.
Compensation: $40,000 - $65,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), dental insurance, flexible schedule, health insurance, paid time off.
