Job Overview

Catholic Charities is seeking a full-time Client Care Specialist to support behavioral health operations at clinic locations. The successful candidate will manage client access to mental health and other treatment services, providing excellent customer service skills and navigating electronic medical records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers/clients.
  • Assist clients in feeling welcome and supported in a confidential manner.
  • Maintain calm composure in a high-paced environment when working with the general public.
  • Request payment of fees in a professional manner without embarrassment or exerting pressure.
  • Manage client payment accounts.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Graduation from high school or GED equivalent with specialized coursework in general office practices, computer skills.
  • Knowledge of basic math and ability to prepare written reports.
  • Friendly, effective communication skills with clients, staff, and the general public.
  • Spanish speaking required.
Estimated Salary

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
